We designed this kit in-house to solve the common issues that plague these engines, ensuring your EcoDiesel runs cleaner and more efficiently.

By deleting the EGR system, you’ll see an immediate increase in low-end power, lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and a significant reduction in black smoke emissions. Our kit includes a complete coolant re-route to maintain proper flow after the cooler is removed, protecting your engine from potential overheating. This is a heavy-duty, shop-proven upgrade built to keep your truck on the road and out of the shop.
